Small Gallery Julia Seemann Neuendorf/Saal

My greatest source of inspiration is the sea, whose endless expanse and dynamics fascinate me time and time again.

I have been passionate about painting since my early youth. I have always enjoyed drawing. I discovered the versatility of acrylic painting through watercolor courses. Nevertheless, I don't want to commit myself to a single technique, as I appreciate the freedom of artistic creation. My greatest source of inspiration is the sea, whose endless expanse and dynamics fascinate me time and time again. Born in Elsterwerda, Brandenburg, I have developed my artistic skills over the years through numerous courses at home and abroad. I have taken part in various joint exhibitions with artists from the region and now live in Neuendorf, Saal. I also have a small gallery in my house there, which reflects my passion for art.

Small Gallery Julia Seemann in Neuendorf/Saal - Painting with a sea view

The Kleine Galerie Julia Seemann is located in Neuendorf, a small town in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The artist has set up her private gallery directly in her home and presents her works there, which are strongly influenced by the Baltic Sea and its endless expanse.

Maritime painting between acrylic and watercolor on the Baltic Sea coast

Julia Seemann has been painting since her early youth and has developed artistically through watercolor courses to acrylic painting. She deliberately does not commit herself to a single technique - freedom in artistic creation is important to her. Through numerous courses at home and abroad as well as participation in joint exhibitions with artists from the region, she has continuously deepened her craft. The sea, as it can also be experienced along the nearby coastal stretches near Stralsund, Rügen and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, is the central driving force behind her work.

Art in Neuendorf/Saal - a gallery with a personal signature

The gallery reflects the very personal artistic path of a painter who originally comes from Elsterwerda in Brandenburg and is now firmly rooted in the Baltic Sea region. Anyone traveling in the area will find a quiet, authentic encounter with regional art away from large museums.

Book bank Neuendorf/Saal

Book bank Neuendorf/Saal

Neuendorf

The small book bank is located in the tourist information office in the harbor house. Book swaps are expressly encouraged there. All readers determine the offer themselves. The tourist information office also opens regularly in the harbor house in Neuendorf. At first, a small garden bench in the tourist information office was only a temporary place to store books. It soon turned out that this temporary solution was ideal for exchanging books. The book bench remained. Guests bring their exhausted vacation literature and pick up titles that interest them for their next reading break on the Bodden.
