The roastery also offers a wide range of homemade products - from its own SCHLOSS apple juice to jams made from fruit grown on the resort's own farm and game specialties from its own hunting grounds. Selected products from regional partners are also sold - such as fish from the Müritz fishermen or Müritz Gin, whose juniper berries come from the nearby Müritz National Park.
