Canu Center Canow – Starting Point for Tours in the Mecklenburg Lake District
The Canu Center Canow is located right next to the famous Canow Lock in the heart of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. From here, you can set out on paddling tours and motorboat excursions in various directions—such as to the Rheinsberg Lakes, the Mecklenburg Small Lakes Region, or the Müritz National Park, including the upper reaches and headwaters of the Havel River. Rent kayaks, canoes, and motorboats in Canow
If you don’t bring your own boat, you can rent kayaks, canoes, and motorboats for up to four people on-site without a license. The rental includes maps, a waterproof container, and a personal briefing. This ensures that even beginners are well-prepared for their first tour on Mecklenburg’s waters.
