Boek Wildlife Park
Wildlife park * Carriage rides * Horse-drawn carriage rides * Cultural store Boek is a small village situated on the eastern bank of the Müritz, right next to the Müritz National Park.
The Boek Wildlife Park is an open-air enclosure of over 80 hectares where you can observe the local flora and fauna in their natural state. All the animals here behave as they would in the wild, so they show a certain respect towards strangers. This is why they always keep their distance from humans. Especially in the fall, with a little luck, you can watch a special spectacle when the red deer follow their natural instinct and begin to rut. Of course, you can also discover how diverse life in the local countryside can be at all other times of the year.
