Salt-glazed stoneware is one of the oldest ceramic techniques in Europe. At Reich in Bartenshagen, it is still fired in a wood-fired kiln—a process that is rarely practiced today in the region between Wismar, Rostock, and the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The finished pieces are designed for everyday use and combine functionality with high-quality craftsmanship.
