At BÄRENWALD Müritz, brown bears that have been freed from poor conditions find a home close to nature. The bear conservation center is committed to animal welfare and nature conservation and places a strong focus on sustainability. Visitors can gain exciting insights into the lives of brown bears on a forest hike, immerse themselves in the world of native plants and animals at events and discover local products and delicacies in the regional store and the in-house organic bistro.
