A village celebrates its history On May 11, 1996, the "Fischerstube" Mönkebude Museum opened its doors - and has since developed into a lively place of remembrance and encounters. What once began as a small exhibition on the history of fishing is now a lovingly maintained piece of village culture that delights locals and guests alike.
